It has been informed by the learned advocate for the petitioner that till date the evidence of the seizure list witnesses is not over.

Learned trial court is directed to complete the evidence of the seizure list witnesses within a period of three months from the next date fixed.

Having considered the stage of the case, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

However the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after the aforesaid time schedule is over. With the aforesaid directions, CRM (NDPS) 1283 of 2026 is disposed of.
