The grievance of the petitioner is directed against an unlawful installation of an electrical pole on the land which allegedly belongs to the petitioner. 2.

On behalf of the WBSEDCL it is submitted that the report of the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer (BL & LRO) reflects that the subject land belongs to the State of West Bengal and not the petitioner.

In view of the disputed questions of title which are raised in this petition, there is no scope for passing any orders. The writ petition involves adjudication of disputed questions of fact and is dismissed.

WPA 13919 of alongwith CAN/1/2018 stand dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate civil suit, if so advised, in accordance with law.
