Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent No. 2 in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 9th March, 2023. Details of such grievance is appeared from the said representation. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case this writ petition being WPA 12675 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representatives within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
