Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioners seek expeditious disposal of G.R. case no. 2430 of 2020 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah on the ground that the final report has been submitted in the case on 7th January, 2021. The de facto complainant/private opposite party appeared before the learned Court on 7th April, 2021 and sought to file a Narazi petition against the final report. Such Narazi petition has not been filed till date.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner as well as material on record, the revisional application, being CRR 2011 of 2024 is disposed of directing the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah to dispose of the case being G.R. case no. 2430 of 2020 pending before him as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either party, in accordance with law.
