In compliance of the direction of this Court dated 19th September, 2023, undertaking in the form of affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Executive Engineer, National Highway Division-I, PW (Roads) Directorate/respondent no.3, that proceeding in question will be concluded and final order will be passed by the end of December, 2023, as stated in paragraph 15 of the said undertaking and considering the same, this writ petition being WPA 12676 of 2023 is disposed off by directing the respondent no.3 to act as per his own undertaking which has been filed in the form of an affidavit and within the time which he himself has prayed for to complete the same.

With this observation and direction, this writ petition being WPA 12676 of 2023 is disposed off. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
