It is submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the State that no money has been deposited before the learned trial Court on behalf of the petitioner in respect of the instant case. Perused the case diary.

Considering the serious nature of allegations, the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the alleged roles ascribed to the present petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners in this case.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
