Mansoor Ali ... for the petitioner The writ petition is taken up for consideration pursuant to the order dated 13th February, 2023 when Mr. Ali, learned advocate representing the petitioner has placed before this Court the decision of District Inspector of Schools (SE), Hooghly, dated 14th September, 2017. The same is taken on record.

However, Mr. Ali, has submitted that the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the writ petition.

No one is representing the respondents today.

In view of such submission being made on behalf of the petitioner the writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated. Application, if any, pending also stands dismissed.
