Mr. Sourjya Roy ...for the petitioners The following mistakes which have cropped in the judgment dated 15.05.2026 passed in C.O. 1594 of 2017 be corrected as follows:

(1) The name of the learned advocate who appeared on behalf of the petitioners Mr. Rajarshi Dutta, and Mr. Sarbajit Mukherjee, shall be incorporated.

(2) In the second line of the page 3 of judgment, the name of the learned advocate shall be "Mr. Dutta", in place of "Mr. Roy".

(3) In paragraph 26, of the last page of the judgment, the word "instant criminal revisional application" shall be deleted and in its place "instant civil revisional application" shall be inserted.

Let the said correction be made part of the judgment dated 15.05.2026. Other portions of the said judgment shall remain unaltered.

Certified copy of the judgment dated 15.05.2026, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly. (Dr. Ajoy Kumar Mukherjee, J.)
