1. Pursuant to the orders dated 17th June 2025 and 1st July 2025 the report has been filed.

2. Although, the explanation provided for the abrupt failure in making security arrangement for holding the election schedule on 15th June, 2025 does not appear to be cogent, however, noting that the election process has been peacefully conducted on 29th June, 2025 as rescheduled, I proceed to drop the proceedings as no fruitful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

4. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from this Court's official website.
