We have heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and the State.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there was a relationship in between the petitioner and the de facto complainant, being married lady.

After careful perusal of the case diary, we grant the anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and with a further condition that the petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a month and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

CRM 5567 of 2021 is disposed of.
