1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

Roy, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that petitioner participated in 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 (Upper Primary) for being appointed as assistant teacher. Petitioner was asked to participate in the interview which was scheduled to be held on 26th July, 2021. Petitioner participated in the interview but subsequently petitioner was not called for counseling. It is also submitted that vide letter dated 31st January, 2025 petitioner approached the concerned authority of West Bengal Central School Service Commission under Right to Information Act in order to know the fate of the petitioner in connection with her

participation in 1st State Level Selection Test 2016 (Upper Primary). It is submitted that application dated 31st January, 2025 has not been responded till date.

Dr. Patra, learned advocate representing West Bengal Central School Service Commission submits based on interview a panel of selected candidates was published on 26th September, 2024 and if petitioner's name does not feature in the said panel it is presumed that petitioner did not come within the zone of consideration after participation in the personality test.

Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties it appears that an application was made dated 31st January, 2025 addressed to the concerned authority of West Bengal Central School Service Commission to get certain information. Said application still remains pending and it has not yet been responded to.

5. Concerned authority of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission is directed to provide information to the petitioner in response to application dated 31st January, 2025 by 4 (four) weeks from the date of communication of this order.

6. Writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
