I have considered the material on record.

The petitioners were members of the gang who attacked the victim and instigated the principal assailant to assault him. The victim was assaulted with a hasua by the principal assailant who is in custody.

Considering the material on record and prima facie involvement of the petitioners in the alleged crime, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of.
