Learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report in respect of Lake Town P S Case No. 115 of 2021 dated 08.06.2021 under Sections 498A/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Let the same be kept with the record. Report so submitted reflects that the chargesheet has been submitted on or about 30th June, 2021 before the learned court at Bidhanngar.

The revisional application was preferred challenging the first information report and prior to the filing of the revisional application chargesheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court and it reflects that the present petitioner has very recently preferred an application praying for discharge which is fixed on 12th May, 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st court, Bidhannagar. Having considered the fact that there has been change of circumstances since the revisional application was preferred before this court, I am not inclined to interfere so far as the prayers which have been advanced in this revisional application.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1680 of 2021 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
