For the State Considering the fact that wife of the deceased was enlarged on bail by the jurisdictional Court and considering the postmortem report of the victim, the materials in the case diary and the relationship of the petitioners with the victim and considering the fact that police filed charge sheet, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.
