After filing this writ application on 26th August, 2021, the petitioner has received a letter issued by the Assistant Secretary to the Government of West Bengal, School Education Department addressing the Commissioner of School Education, Government of West Bengal for taking necessary action for disposal of the matter. The memo number of the letter is 629SE/S/10M-43/2021 dated 18th August, 2021. This letter has been produced in this Court which has been accepted.

In such circumstances, I direct the Commissioner of School Education to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also to

the other persons as he will think fit within a period of three months from date and to intimate the result of the hearing by two weeks thereafter.

With this observation, this writ application is disposed of.

The petitioner is granted liberty to be represented through her advocate or any other representative.
