The matter is listed before this Court upon remand by a Division Bench in order dated 14th December 2021 in MAT No.927 of 2021. The prayer for interim protection is reiterated by the learned counsel for the writ petitioners. The Hon'ble Division Bench has restored and continued this Court's earlier order dated 24th August, 2021.

For the reasons already recorded in the order dated 24th August 2021 the writ petitioners shall be allowed to participate and submit bids in all four NITs specified in paragraph 15 at page 10 of the supplementary affidavit dated 3rd January 2022 filed by the writ petitioners.

The respondents may proceed to deal with the four tenders in accordance with law. The participation of the writ petitioner in the subject tender process and the four tenders mentioned in paragraph 15 above, shall abide by the result of the writ petition. Let affidavit-in-opposition be filed by the respondents within a period of four weeks from date; reply, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter. Let this matter stand adjourned and be listed under the heading 'Hearing' six weeks hence.
