Challenging the action taken by the secured creditor, a private bank, to recover all the outstanding dues from the petitioner, who purchased a tractor from the secured creditor by way of hire purchase agreement, the writ petition has been preferred. Due to existence of efficacious alternative remedy, the writ petition cannot be entertained. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
