Accordingly, learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 5th Court, at Alipore, South 24 Parganas, in Title Suit No.1034 of 2019, is directed to ensure expeditious disposal of the suit, subject to his suitability and inconvenience, without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable. Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the

opposite party and his learned advocate in the court below.

With this observation/direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
