This application under consideration, challenges the order dated 29th April, 2010 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Sadar, Hooghly in M.P. Case no. 433 of 2010.

By the impugned order, learned Executive Magistrate was pleased to direct the Officer-in-charge of Pandua Police Station to see that peace is to be maintained, no breach of peace is made by the opposite party. This revisional application was admitted on 13th May, 2010. The person in question, has died on its normal death. The order impugned is no longering subsistence. The revisional application is bereft of any merit and dismissed without costs.

Upon photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Siddhartha Roy Chowdhury, J.)
