In view of the fact that the accused has already appeared before the court, the learned magistrate on the next date or thereafter within a month itself be pleased to fix date for evidence before charge.

The complainant is directed to produce the witness on the date so fixed so that the charges may be framed in connection with the instant case at the earliest. No unnecessary adjournment be granted to any of the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1959 of 2023 is disposed of.
