Petitioner has approached this Court as the Officer-in-Charge, Nadanghat Police Station did not respond to the representation which was submitted on or about 6th February, 2023.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr.

Shehnaz Tarek Mina, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Records also reflect that there was an ex parte decree passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kalna, Purba Bardhaman in connection with T.S. 14 of 2019.

Having considered that the representation which was furnished is more than 24 months ago, I grant liberty to the petitioner that in case she faces with similar inconveniences, a fresh representation be submitted with the Officer-in-Charge, Nadanghat

Police Station who would consider the plight of the petitioner in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 12699 of 2023 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
