1. None appears for the appellant. Learned counsel for the IOCL submitted that the directions issued by the learned Single Judge have been implemented and the fresh assessment was made with regard to the certificates produced by the petitioner and the dealership has been awarded in favour of the petitioner which is yet to be commissioned. Further, it is submitted that the Public Interest Litigation was also filed before this Court in WPA(P) 312 of 2022 alleging that if the LPG Godown is constructed in the said area, there is likelihood of mishap. Hence, the said writ petition was dismissed by the order dated 04.01.2024. Thus, we find no grounds to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge.
