At the time of hearing, learned advocate for the writ petitioner submits before this Court that he has instruction not to proceed with the instant matter on account of some incurable defects in the instant writ petition. He also prays for liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.

In view of such, the instant writ petition being WPA 13779 of 2024 is dismissed for non-prosecution. 3.

Liberty is given to the writ petitioner to file similar such application on the self-same cause of action, if so advised.
