Learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that on being sanctioned fund under a particular scheme, petitioners tried to raise construction over the land in question which was objected by the respondent nos.8 & 9.

Petitioners pray for direction upon the concerned police authority which would facilitate them to raise construction.

Learned advocate representing respondent nos.8 & 9 has disputed the fact that petitioners are owners of the land in question on which petitioners intend to raise construction. In this regard, it is submitted that a Title Suit being no.21749 of 2013 is pending. 5.

State respondents are represented by learned advocates.

Police authority is not the appropriate authority to decide inter se right of the parties over the land in question.

If petitioners are prevented by the respondent nos.8 & 9 from raising construction, they shall be at liberty to approach appropriate forum in pursuit of remedy. 8.

However, concerned police authorities are directed to maintain peace and tranquility at the locale. 9.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
