The grievance of the petitioner has been met. Pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, Berhampore PS Case No.865 of 2020 dated August 29, 2020 under Sections 419/420/465/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code was started. Investigation has been completed and a charge-sheet has been filed against all the FIR named accused vide Berhampore PS Case No.648 of 2021 dated June 30, 2021 under Sections 419/420/465/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Under such circumstances, nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
