Mr. Arindam Sen ...... for the State Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 29.06.2022.

In the fourth line of 6th Paragraph of order dated 29th June, 2022, the words "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Malda" be read as "learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalna, Purba Bardhaman".

Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the order dated 29.06.2022. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to him.
