Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties and considering the submission of the petitioners that during the pendency of this writ petition, petitioners' grievance has been redressed and the petitioners do not want to proceed any further in the matter and considering such prayer, this writ petition, being WPA 12243 of 2003 is dismissed for "non-prosecution" and Rule stands discharged and, accordingly, WPCR 14980 of 2003 also stands dismissed.
