This revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Patashpur Police Station Case No. 33 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 123 of 2021. This revisional application was preferred on or about August 2021. Record of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Contai which has been enclosed along with this revisional application reflects that at the stage when the petitioners approached this Court, investigation of the case was in progress. The main thrust of contention related to a counterblast pursuant to a case under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act being initiated at the instance of the present petitioners who happen to be the accused. However, having regard to the stage at which the petitioners approached this Court and no information being furnished regarding the present stage of the proceedings, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for at this stage.
Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1676 of 2021 is dismissed.
