Materials in the Case Diary implicate all the petitioners before us in assaulting public official.

Apparently, petitioners were involved in extracting money from members of the public who were plying their vehicle on the road.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
