Learned advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved by the threat/abuse at the behest of the private respondents, who according to the petitioner, had been carrying out the business. Learned advocate submits that there are dispute and difference also, as the petitioner is raising a construction and the same is obstructed at the behest of the private respondents. Police has submitted a report. Report reflects that the main dispute is with regard to construction of a dwelling house which is being resisted by the respondent no.7. To that effect, police authorities have taken steps and they have drawn up proceedings in respect of the dispute and difference

under Section 126 of the BNSS for maintaining peace at area. Since the police authorities are keeping surveillance they would continue with the same and ensure that no breach of peace or tranquility takes place and/or any untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 12622 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
