Out of two accused persons one, namely, Bikram Bala was denied bail by a Coordinate Bench on 7th May, 2024 and the statement of the victim shows that she has been kidnapped, undressed and obscene video was taken. Mobile phones of the petitioner and others have been seized and charge-sheet has already been filed.

However, having regard to the nature of the offence committed by the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. 4.
