Case No.144 of 2025 dated 06.04.2025 under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/117(2)/109/351(2)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

Sajahan Ali @ Jafar ... petitioner Mr. Bhaskar Hutait ... for the petitioner Mr. Shiladitya Banerjee Ms. Diksha Ghosh ... for the State Mr. Amal Krishna Samanta ... for the de facto complainant Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary, including the injury report and the medical report which show that after being attacked with brick, the victim suffered serious injury in his ear and his left tympanic membrane was perforated, and the alleged role ascribed to the present petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
