Learned advocate for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner would deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand) by 16.06.2023 and another Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand) by 07.07.2023. Upon such payment being made, the learned revisional court being the learned Sessions Judge, Purba Medinipur would fix a date for hearing of the application for stay and hearing of the main revisional application. If there is any deviation, the learned Sessions Judge would exercise his discretion to come to a conclusion regarding the subject-matter of challenge of Misc. Case No. 256 of 2016 against which Criminal Revision No. 1 of 2023 has been preferred.
With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1967 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
