11686 of 2018 in the light of the terms and conditions as set out in paragraph No. 4 of the present application and also Annexure 'A' hereto and to pass such other or further order or orders as to your Lordship may deem fit and proper"

Mr. Piush Chaturvedi, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner on instruction submitted that, writ petitioner does not claim any relief against the respondent Nos. 2, 4, 5 and 9.

Accordingly he submitted that, their names may be deleted and expunged from the array of respondents in this writ petition.

In view of such submission the respondent Nos. 2, 4, 5 and 9 are expunged from the array of respondents and their respective names are deleted from this proceeding.

Mr. Victor Chatterjee, learned advocate submitted that, he represents the respondents Nos. 3, 6, 7 and 8. Respondent Nos. 6, 7 and 8 are the officers of the respondent No. 3.

Both the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the respondent No. 3 submit that, this writ petition may be disposed of in the light of the terms and conditions set out in paragraph 4 of the instant application.

In view of the above, this writ petition WPA 11686 of 2018 stands disposed of in terms of the averments made in paragraph 4 and various subparagraphs there under in the instant application which is more fully and particularly enumerated in Annexure - A at page 11 to the said application.

On the above terms, this application being CAN 2 of 2022 stands disposed of. Consequently this writ petition being WPA 11686 of 20218 also stands disposed of without any order as to costs,

The parties appearing before this Court also jointly pray for vacating all the interim orders passed from time to time in the writ petition. All such interim orders passed in this writ petition stand vacated.
