For the respondent We have been informed that the parties have already exchanged their written objection and rejoinder in the injunction application filed in connection with the Title Suit No. 126 of 2023 and that the said application has been fixed for hearing before the learned Court below on 14th August, 2024.

In view thereof, no further interference is called for in the present appeal being FMAT 243 of 2023 and in the connected application being CAN 1 of 2023 and the same are disposed of requesting the learned Court below to dispose of the said application on the returnable date or as expeditiously as possible thereafter, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
