This application was filed on 4th April, 2014. On 14th November, 2014, the petitioner was directed to serve notice and copy of the application upon the opposite parties and thereafter, there is no development. Matter was adjourned to 6th June, 2023 and on 13th June, 2023. I do not find any reason to adjourn the matter sou motu.

Considering the conduct of the petitioner which explicitly speaks about his lack of interest to proceed with the matter, the application under Article 227 of the Constitution stands dismissed for default with cost of Rs. 5,000/- C.P. Let a copy of this order be sent down to the learned trial court forthwith.
