Ms. Sukanya Bhattacharyya, learned advocate for the State, submits that September 7, 2021, has been fixed for framing of charge against the petitioner.

In this pandemic situation, it is not expected of the learned Additional Sessions Judge in the Court below to proceed with the case at a normal pace.

However, keeping in mind the innocuous nature of the prayer, the revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kandi,

Murshidabad, conclude the charge hearing without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. The learned Judge shall make an endeavour to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.

The revisional application being C.R.R. 1682 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all necessary formalities.
