The court does not find any reason to interfere with the order dated March 18, 2023, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Chandernagore, Hooghly.

A formal defect in the description of the plaintiff and the defendant was permitted to be rectified by the learned court in the application with regard to maintainability of the suit. The defect being a curable in nature, the learned court below did not act illegally or with material irregularity in allowing the rectification.

The application is disposed of without any interference.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
