1. A typographical error has occurred in the order dated 10.04.2026.

2. In paragraph 1 and 2 of the order dated 10.04.2026, the word „Barasat‟ be noted after the word Additional District Judge.

3. At paragraph 2, the word „Barasat‟ be noted after the words "Additional District Judge", and the words "husband/opposite party" be deleted and „wife/petitioner‟ be incorporated.

4. In the 3rd line of paragraph 4, the words "Additional District Judge, Barasat"

be incorporated before the words "North 24 Parganas". In the 17th line of

paragraph 4, the word „Baruipur‟, be incorporated after "Additional District Judge".

5. In the 15th line of Para 4, the word „Barasat‟ be noted after the words "Additional District Judge".

6. In para 6, the word „District‟ be incorporated after the word „Additional‟.

7. The order dated 10.04.2026 is modified accordingly.

8. Let this order be read along with order dated 10.04.2026.

9. The correction/modification be incorporated in the original order dated 10.04.2026 by the department at once.
