Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner expresses his apprehension that the college, in view of the findings of the Internal Complaint Committee, may initiate disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner. Mr. Dhar, learned senior advocate appearing for the College submits that the college is not inclined to take any further action against the petitioner in view of the report of the Internal Complaints Committee dated May 17, 2018.
In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.
Accordingly, WPA 11723 of 2018 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
