Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits, upon instruction that, the District Magistrate, Malda has taken steps pursuant to the direction passed by the Court on 16th May, 2024 and the petitioner has been able to join on 21st May, 2024 in the Old Malda Municipality. The petitioner will be entitled to get her salary on and from 21st May, 2024.

As the relief claimed for by the petitioner has been allowed, the writ petition stands disposed of. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
