Report dated 23.06.2025 submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. Learned advocates appearing for the petitioner and the private respondent no.5 accept the said report.

The private respondent no.5, against whom the warrant of arrest was issued and pursuant to the earlier direction which was kept in abeyance till 4th July, 2025, has appeared before the learned Magistrate. Since the private respondent no.5 has appeared before the learned Magistrate, it would be for the learned Magistrate to take forward the cause of action in connection with C.R. 559 of 2019. In case the private respondent no.5 violates the order by way of which representations were

made before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Serampore, Hooghly, in that case the learned Magistrate would be at liberty to revive the earlier warrant of arrest.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 12553 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
