Petitioner has filed these writ petitions being aggrieved by the impugned orders of the respondent authority concerned rejecting the claim of the petitioner for refund in question. Since the impugned orders are appellable orders under the statute, I am not inclined to grant any relief in these writ petitions except granting liberty to the petitioner to file appeals against the impugned orders rejecting the claim of refunds made by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from date and if such appeals are filed within the time stipulated herein the appellate authority concerned shall consider and dispose of the appeals expeditiously on merit preferably within a

period of three months from the date of communication of this order without insisting on the point of limitation.

With this observation and direction these writ petitions being WPA 12734 of 2023, WPA 12736 of 2023 and WPA 12740 of 2023 stand disposed of. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
