Ms. Nandini Mitra ...for the petitioners (in WPA 11730 of 2018) & For the respondent (in WPA 9945 of 2018) Both the writ petitions are taken up for consideration when Ms. Nandini Mitra, learned advocate representing the petitioners in WPA 11730 of 2018 submits that the writ petition being WPA 11730 of 2018 has become infructuous.

No one is representing the respondents.

In view of aforesaid submissions being made on behalf of the petitioners in WPA 11730 of 2018 the said writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

On perusal of the order dated 16th July, 2018 passed by a coordinate Bench on the writ petition being WPA 11730 of 2018 it appears that there is another writ petition pending touching upon the issue of ouster of

Chairman of the municipality. In consideration of submissions made on behalf of the petitioners in WPA 11730 of 2018 it appears that the writ petition being WPA 9945 of 2018 has also become infructuous. No one is representing the petitioner in WPA 9945 of 2018 today.

Accordingly, the said writ petition being WPA 9945 of 2018 also stands dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
