The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that Dr. Rajesh Karmakar that is the writ petitioner herein has expired. His wife has given a written communication to the learned advocate intimating her desire not to proceed with the writ petition.

In view of such submission, W.P.A. 11736 of 2018 stands dismissed as 'not pressed'.

The instruction given by the wife of the deceased petitioner to the learned advocate is taken on record. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
