Leave is granted to the petitioner to implead the new commission of school as alleged contemnor no. 2 within a week from date and to serve notice upon the alleged contemnor no. 2 within a week thereafter.

Let this matter appear in the list on 30.8.2022. None appears on behalf of the alleged contemnor. The petitioner is directed to file affidavit of service to that effect on the next date of hearing.
