The District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Paschim Medinipur, the respondent no.4 herein, by the order dated May 17, 2024 was directed to calculate the amount required to be refunded by the petitioner to get the benefit of pension and to file a report.

Mr. Sougata Mitra, learned Advocate for the State respondents prays extension of time to file the said report.

Mr. Sourav Mitra, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that such calculation was made and was communicated to the petitioner, in pursuance thereof, on September 19, 2024 she had deposited the said calculated amount in the relevant Government account under T.R.

Form No.7, he files a photocopy of the said T.R. Form No.7, let it be kept with the record.

The respondent no.4 is directed to verify the pension papers of the petitioner and to send the same to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Government of West Bengal, the respondent no.3 herein for further steps to be taken in accordance with law for issuance of the Pension Payment Order in favour of the petitioner.

The respondent nos. 4 & 3 shall complete their respective drills in this regard as expeditiously as possible.

WPA 13768 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
