C.R.R. 1683 of 2021 Vikram Rathod versus The State of West Bengal & another In Re: An Application under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

None appears for the petitioner or the State. The present revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings relating to Bidhannagar Cyber Crime Police Station Case No. 74 of 2019 dated 01.09.2019 under Sections 419/420/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and added Sections 464/467/468 of the Indian Penal Code. The subject-matter of this revisional application related to challenge regarding the production warrant so issued. Records reflect that such production warrant, if any, was issued on 25.07.2021. No information has been furnished before this Court regarding the fate of such production warrant. In the meantime, more than one and a half years have passed. Having considered the time period which has passed in the meantime and the purpose for which the present revisional application was preferred, I am of the view that no interference is called for at this belated stage. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1683 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
