I have perused the material on record.

It appears that the petitioners are the brother in law of the victim and his wife. The victim resided with her husband separately from the petitioners.

Considering the material on record as well as extent of complicity of the petitioners in the alleged offence, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. Accordingly, in the event of arrest the petitioners (1) Sisir Tudu and (2) Tapati Tudu be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to provision under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha

Sanhita, 2023. The petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of.
