Report filed by the State is also taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is a patient of blood cancer. He has raised a dispute regarding probate matter. His allegation was that a Will was forged by the private respondents. Accordingly, an FIR was registered, but the same was not investigated properly. After one of the private respondents approached this Court by way of a criminal revision, a direction was passed not to take coercive measures against the accused, but to continue the investigation. During the course of investigation the petitioner has been asked to provide certain documents. He went to the police station at least ten times, but the documents were not received by the investigating officer. The private respondents were also causing further

disturbance by cutting down trees at the property in question.

Learned counsel for the private respondents denies the allegations and submits that an order of protection has already been given by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the criminal revision.

Learned counsel for the State relies on the report and submits that the allegations are being investigated into.

To avoid any further complication and possible harassment, let the petitioner meet the investigating officer of the case at the concerned police station on May 25, 2024 at 11 am with the copies of relevant documents. The said officer shall accept the copies of such documents and issue necessary receipt for the same. Let the investigation be carried on in terms of the order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in CRR 1659 of 2024.

The police shall keep a sharp vigil at the locale and ensure that no breach of peace takes place.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
